First, we need to understand what you need. Therefore, we will ask you to supply an accurate description of the task. We will discuss your task with you. Once we have a clear understanding of the job to be done, we will prepare a quote for you. The quote will contain a proposed solution and an estimate of how many hours we need to complete your project. We reserve the right to decline any project if we feel that we are not the best contactors for the job.

Often, depending on your preferences and budget, the problem may be solved in a multitude of ways. In this case, we will prepare two or more alternative estimates, so that you can choose the one that is best for you.

We require that you pay us before we begin working on your project. On small projects we may require full payment, on bigger project we will require a partial pre-payment. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), cheques or money orders drawn in Canadian or US dollars, and wire transfers to our bank account. If you live in Canada, we will charge 6% GST. Otherwise, there is no tax.

Once we receive the payment, we will start working on your project. Usually, there is no delay, but we may be very busy working on other projects, so we may have to delay yours. We will have an estimated completion date for you.

Once we complete the project, you may review it and request changes. There is no limit on the number of revisions or the amount of changes that needs to be done, but we do charge you for the time spent making changes. If a significant amount of work is required to implement your changes, we will notify you and may offer a less expensive solution.

If, after we complete our job, you are not satisfied with the reslts for any reason, we will provide a full or partial refund. See details.
